Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once payment is confirmed by finance, your status updates to "Verified".
What if my payment receipt upload fails or is rejected?
If rejected, the admin logs a specific reason visible on your "Check Status" page. You can reply directly through the portal message thread to rectify payment details.
Where do I find my device IMEI and Droid ID?
Dial *#06# on your terminal phone app to display the 15-digit IMEI. The Droid ID can be located under Android Settings > About Phone > Status/Hardware Info.
How do I print my official approval receipt?
Go to the "Check Status" page, enter your Reference Code (e.g., REF-20260803-XXXXXX) or NIN/Phone, and click the "Download Official Receipt" button.
